| Description: | Alloy 190 is used for arc welding Monel type alloys 400 and 404 to themselves or one to the other, as well as overlaying on steel. Typical applications include welding ASTM B127, B163, B164 and B165. Dissimilar welding applications are: joints between, Monel type alloys and copper, copper-nickel, carbon steel and low alloy steel. Electrode sizes 3/32 and 1/8 dia. can be used in all positions, while the larger 5/32 and 3/16 dia. are used in the flat and horizontal positions. POWER SUPPLY DCRP. | |
